Return Policies
  • A customer may receive a full refund on merchandise returned within 30 days with the original invoice/receipt.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition.
  • No returns may be made on any opened DVDs, videos, or recorded music, unless defective.
  • Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase.
Simply include a note providing your name, address, daytime phone number, reason for return and action requested (refund, replacement or exchange). Re-package the product and send the package by trackable delivery to:

We are happy to refund the cost of the product. However, we are unable to refund original shipping or return postage charges unless the return is due to our error. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of original purchase date.

We will notify you by email once we have issued your refund or shipped your replacement/exchange item. Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used for purchase.
